William joined NOW CFO in 2021 and serves as Market President over the Inland Empire region and Riverside County in California. He graduated from Biola University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and went on to receive his Master of Professional Accountancy. William has over 7 years of experience working in the accounting industry and is a licensed CPA. He comes from the Big 4 public accounting background and has extensive experience working across multiple industries and sizes of companies.

William recognizes that there is not a one size fits all approach and brings a hands-on, personalized touch to help businesses grow. He enjoys complex accounting issues and working to resolve them. Kimberly Filek joined NOW CFO in 2022 as a Business Development Representative for the Inland Empire Region in California. She graduated from California State University of San Bernardino with a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology. Kimberly’s degree in Psychology has allowed her to have a deep understanding of human behavior in organizations and how to recognize what areas of a business are in need of solutions. Kimberly brings agility and problem-solving creativity to NOW CFO and aims to create continued success and growth for her clients. Prior to joining NOW CFO, Kimberly led several high performing sales teams where she was committed to the development and success of her team. Kimberly’s knowledge and experience allows her to understand each client’s unique need and provide the most relevant effective solution. Her passionate, internally driven personality is what drives her success.
